Qualifications:

• Certified NASP Basic Archery Instructor (BAI), or willingness to obtain certification
• Ability to work positively with students, parents and staff
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Interest in youth development and archery
• Previous coaching, teaching, mentoring or leaedership experience preferred.
