Please Review Before Submitting a Substitute Teaching Application

Job Summary:

   -  All duties and responsibilities associated with teaching Preschool through Grade 12. (Applicants may specify grade levels         preferred after all requirements have been met)

   -  Carry out a program of study prescribed in the lesson plans left by the classroom teacher.

   -  Take attendance in accordance with school procedures.

Requirements:

    -  Must pass an expanded criminal history check as well as Department of Child Services check.

    -  Must hold a valid Indiana teaching license or substitute teaching certificate.

  Instructions on how to apply for the substitute teaching certificate and obtaining a background check will be provided once      the application has been received.

Qualifications:

   -  Minimum of a high school diploma

   -  Excellent communication and organizational skills

   -  Ability to deal positively and effectively with MCSC students

   -  Ability to maintain confidentiality
