Position Requirements:
Minimum of an Associate's Degree in education, counseling, career development, human resources or related field
Strong understanding of career and technical educaiton, workforce development, career counseling or educaiton planning is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with educators, employers, and community partners
Experience working with high school students in amentoring, coaching or advisory role
Job Responsibilties:
Assist high school students in identigying career interests, strengths, and long-term goals.
Guide students in developing high school portfolio
Work with School Counselors for grades PK-8 to help students complete career coaching framework activities
Organize workshopes and implement engaging career exploratoin activities, including field trips, guest speakers, job shadwoing, internships
