Position Requirements:

  1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, career development, human resources or a related field
  2. Strong understanding of career and technical education, workforce development, and post-secondary educational pathways or coursework/training or education planning is a plus
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students
  4. Ability to work collaboratively with educators, employers and community partners.
  5. Experience working with high school students in a mentoring, coaching, or advisory role
